These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxera AI receptionist platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Voxera provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and chats, answers questions from your configured FAQs, checks availability, books appointments, and sends confirmations on your behalf.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Credits, billing & payments
The Service runs on prepaid credit. Voice calls are billed at $1.00 per minute (charged per second); text chat is free. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased credit is non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service unlawfully, to harass or harm others, to send spam, to infringe rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
AI-generated responses
The receptionist is automated and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and important communications. We disclose its AI nature to your callers as configured.
Your data & responsibilities
You are responsible for the data your callers provide and for having any necessary consents and a lawful basis to process it, and for complying with applicable laws (including recording/AI-disclosure and privacy rules) in your jurisdiction.
Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. Stripe, Google, Twilio, and our AI providers). Your use of those features may be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
